"Lyme Tea" Made Easy

At the 2010 "From Roadblocks to Recovery" hosted by the LIA Foundation, Dr. Jeff Wulfman shared his "Lyme Tea" recipe.  The tea is based on the work of Stephen Buhner and incorporates a number of powerful herbs into one easy to drink tea.

As easy as it may sound to drink the tea, putting the formulation together may not be quite so simple.  Julie Mitchell RH(AHG), a medical herbalist, is now making this even easier by offering the teas already prepared with all of the necessary herbal components.

The herbs will still need to be boiled and simmered, but they come pre-packaged and ready to make. There is a Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 preparation so that people can start slow and work up to the stronger formulations.

Additional information can be found here.  Julie Mitchell can be contacted at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
