Having suffered from two serious and chronic illnesses in my life (or likely one very long one with a reasonable remission in the middle), I wanted to create a means for sharing what I have learned with other people.  Equally important, I wanted to create a vehicle for learning even more about health and wellness from all of you that stop by.  

At some point, you don't know where to turn or what to do next.   Doctors often fail you.  The health care industry is amazing for acute situations, but has very limited tools for chronic illness.  No one seems to know what to do, and you have to take things into your own hands and do everything you can to improve your situation.
