I had the opportunity to attend ECO 2024 held online on May 2-4, 2024.   ECO stands for Exponential Clinical Outcomes.  This is one of the more forward-thinking events I have attended.

The event is the brainchild of Dr. Todd Watts and Dr. Jay Davidson who also created CellCore Biosciences.  I'm grateful for their products, and I use them daily.

Note: While there were many amazing talks and lots of great information shared, my personal thoughts and opinions may not align with all of the speakers below.

Dr. Drew Kidder, VP of Growth & Strategy, shared the "CellCore Welcome" and shared:

  • The world needs practitioners now more than ever
  • 5 billion prescriptions each year
  • CellCore started in 2017

Jay Davidson, DC and Todd Watts, DC spoke on "Defining Foundation Medicine" and shared:

  • Dr. Watts discovered parasites were an issue in 2013 and started researching Mimosa pudica
  • ECO 2023 had over 1500 people
  • CellCore was born over a dinner conversation which led to Dr. Todd and Dr. Jay partnering
  • Building blocks such as sugars, fatty acids, amino acids, nucleotides, and water are made of atoms of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen
  • Not all humic and fulvic acids are the same
  • Minerals are less than 4% of the body
  • Fulvic and humic are the "ultimate adaptogens"
  • They carry 70+ trace minerals and amino acids
  • Goes directly through the cell wall
  • Changes polarity once in the cell to release the minerals and amino acids
  • Can be hydrophilic and hydrophobic at same time
  • Gives or receives charges; redox molecule
  • Chelates toxins
  • Toxicity is more important than or caused by deficiency
  • Multivitamins, B vitamins, probiotic, fish oil, D/K2, greens, calcium/magnesium is functional medicine
  • Foundational medicine is minimizing exposure to chemicals; binders are mandatory daily
  • A binder is the multivitamin of foundational medicine
  • One practitioner suggested that ViRadChem is the best multivitamin available
  • Toxicity creates deficiency; identify the toxicity before looking for the deficiency
  • Correcting the toxin will eliminate the need for a nutritional supplement 95% of the time
  • Traditional medicine does not explore detoxification; functional does, but foundational finds it key
  • Toxicity drives pathogens, mitochondrial dysfunction, and creates epigenetic issues
  • You can use many items to support Phase 1 Liver Metabolism and Detox or focus on foundational medicine and use charged particles to address toxicity
  • Oxidized oils (PUFAs) / seed oils can create phase 1 dysfunction
  • Infections such as protozoans and other parasites can impact phase 1
  • Charged particles facilitate all of the co-factors that facilitate necessary reactions
  • Oral glutathione does not get transported and reassembled; broken down to glycine, cysteine, and glutamic acid; they likely don't get put back together
  • Oral glutathione does not increase glutathione intracellularly
  • Hydrogen, electrons, and oxygen are needed for optimal redox
  • Foundational medicine would suggest that MCAS is the result of parasites that have not been cleared
  • Drainage Activator is also known as PARA 5
  • Parasites are the result of toxicity in the body and cause nutrient deficiency and immune dysfunction
  • Metal concentrations several thousand times higher in parasites
  • Parasites are sponges for toxins such as metals, PCBs, and other toxins
  • You have to detox as you parasite cleanse; the two go together
  • Mitochondria generate 90% of energy in the body, produce steroid hormones, repair DNA, cell signal, stimulate apoptosis of damaged cells, produce heat, upregulate detoxification, and produce water
  • Rate limiting factor for hormone production is the mitochondria
  • Under Cell Danger Response, ATP becomes extracellular (eATP) which is a danger signal
  • Mitochondria coordinate over 500 different chemical reactions
  • "CellCore" is "the core of the cell is the mitochondria"
  • Phase 1 - Support Mitochondria - Energy and Drainage
  • Phase 2 - Gut and Immune Support
  • Phase 3 - Whole Body Immune Support
  • Phase 4 - Systemic Detox
  • Phase 5 - Deeper Immune Support
  • Start with parasites and then smaller organisms later when working with microbes; Lyme lives inside of parasites
  • Mitochondria need carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen
  • Magnesium blood test is 0.8% of magnesium; main store inside cell is mitochondria
  • Mitochondria is the main producer of melatonin; 95% of melatonin production; response to sunlight
  • Pineal gland makes less than 5% of melatonin
  • Everything comes back to heal/fix the mitochondria
  • Diseases happen due to mitochondrial dysfunction
  • To keep pathogen load down, you must keep mitochondrial function up
  • Foundational medicine looks at Lyme, mitochondrial dysfunction, parasites
  • Everyone has Lyme bacteria but becomes pathogenic as a result of a toxin
  • The environment dictates whether or not the bugs inside of you create illness
  • We all have H. Pylori; we are supposed to have it; killing it increases autoimmunity; what is making it pathogenic?
  • Are you catching a bug or is the terrain changing the bug's expression in the body
  • Bacteria are agents of digestion
  • Drinking toxic water leads to a health-negating expression of the microbes in the gut (pleomorphism)
  • Fungi are scavengers of dead matter and decomposers
  • Parasites absorb toxins
  • Viruses (exosomes) are messengers or soaps that dissolve tissue
  • "If you believe in virology, I have a unicorn to sell you in my backyard." - Jay Davidson, DC
  • Symptoms from a protocol is a Herx in functional medicine; in foundational medicine need to increase drainage and adjust killing
  • Outside of diarrhea, there is no concept of too much drainage
  • Foundational medicine suggests distilled water such that it is chemical free; support mitochondria which creates structured water inside the cells
  • Acid reflux in foundational medicine would be to increase bile flow (toxicity and pathogens) and address glyphosate
  • Osteoporosis in foundational medicine would be to detox radium and lead which cause osteoporosis; radium completes for calcium and attracts lead; 80% of water in Texas contains radium
  • Fatigue in foundational medicine would be to support the mitochondria
  • No research that supports adrenal fatigue; it is a made up topic; it is mitochondrial dysfunction
  • Low vitamin D levels are not the result of enough D3 supplementation; chronic toxicity accumulation leading to pathogens and organ dysfunction; mineral deficiency, high body fat; metabolic dysfunction and lack of sunshine
  • Body has an amazing ability to utilize sunlight; melanin absorbs the entire electromagnetic spectrum
  • House on fire: don't add new siding before you put out the fire

Sachin Patel, DC spoke on "The Science of Breathing" and shared:

  • Clients remember 11% of what a practitioner says on a good day
  • Breath is the most powerful health technology that you've never heard of
  • We consume 30 pounds of air per day; more than anything else we take in over a day
  • Mitochondria live 5 seconds without oxygen
  • The slower you breathe, the longer you live
  • Default should be 6 seconds in, 6 seconds out
  • Greatest predictor of lifespan is lung capacity
  • Use an incentive spirometer to increase lung capacity
  • The number one cause of cavities is mouth breathing
  • Mouth breathing also negatively impacts facial structure
  • Placing the tongue at the roof of your mouth should be the resting position of the tongue; to push the palate outwards and open the airway
  • "Breath" book by James Nestor is "the gift that keeps on giving"
  • The only muscles that don't turn off when you sleep are your heart and your diaphragm
  • Breathing correctly moves lymph and assists in detoxification
  • Why do we breathe?
    • To remove CO2
    • To make energy in mitochondria
    • To regulate pH
    • To assist the heart in pumping blood
    • To move lymph
    • To regulate emotions
    • To increase circulation
    • To regulate our nervous system
    • Can be a spiritual experience
  • Breathing correctly increases nitric oxide 6-fold
  • Deep breathing is not good; we should be barely breathing
  • Normal breathing: mouth closed, jaw relaxed, tongue at roof of mouth, 6 seconds in / 6 second out, slow and steady, inaudible
  • Nose breathing:
    • Cleanses air of particulates
    • Pressurizes the air to increase oxygen delivery
    • Moisture regulates the air
    • Temperature regulates the air
    • Lowers activation of immune system
    • Regulates nervous system
    • Preserves oral health
    • Disinfects the air
    • Has anti-diuretic effects
  • Humming increases nitric oxide by 15%
  • Can test nitric oxide at home using nitric oxide strips
  • Test before and after nasal breathing overnight
  • Nose breathing 99% of time; nose/mouth with mild exertion; mouth/mouth with extreme exertion
  • Tongue ties are common these days and thumb sucking may be a clue

Bryan Walsh, ND spoke on "Functional Lab Tests" and shared:

  • More and more lab tests emerging; people feel like imposters as it is hard to know what tests to even run
  • Truth hurts but also sets you free; things that hurt are not bad for us; it may be ok to be wrong in the pursuit of truth
  • Frequent meals cause glucose dysregulation
  • Eggs were fine and then bad and then fine and then bad again
  • If we were wrong before, why are we right now?
  • So many functional medicine tests available today
  • Why are you running certain tests in your practice?
  • Tests are largely unregulated and may not be evidence-based
  • The real things in life science will never be able to measure or prove
  • Reference ranges are based on the blood that is coming to them in conventional labs; that's the story
  • Where do functional labs get their reference ranges from?  From the same sick population
  • The more sensitive, the fewer false negatives
  • The more specific, the less false positives
  • How repeatable are the measurements?  Does the same sample lead to the same results
  • A test can be valid, accurate, precise, and in scientific literature and may still not be a test that should be run
  • What is the intra-individual variance?
  • What is the reference range?
  • Are we interpreting the marker correctly?
  • What is the value for the cost?
  • He reviewed several different types of testing and applied these criteria to them.
  • Salivary cortisol testing can be inaccurate due to how variable it can be
  • A single cortisol test may not represent who the person in front of you is
  • With urinary organic acids can explore some citric acid cycle metabolites; 1000-2000 mitochondria per cell with 2 mitochondrial membranes; succinate is found inside the mitochondria with an inner membrane that is impermeable; it would then have to get through the many other tissues and systems; is urinary succinate a meaningful measure?
  • Functional medicine tests often look better than conventional tests, but are they?
  • B6 on an OAT is inversely associated with protein intake and quality of protein; as well as many other potential factors
  • High glutamic acid is intended to show glutathione deficiency; can be highly variable
  • Which are the good markers?  Which are the bad markers?  Which need more interpretation?
  • Type II diabetics urinate out more vitamin C; the marker may be normal but they may be deficient on the inside
  • Split sample hair testing showed very different results; not very precise
  • Lower zinc leads to slower hair growth which may them make zinc look more normal in the hair
  • HTMA testing is not reliable
  • HTMA is useful for population studies but not for individuals
  • If there were ever an accurate micronutrient test, he would be the first in line
  • Magnesium is one of the best studied; every single type of magnesium test has flaws
  • Albumin can be used as a marker for mortality; 4.5-5.0 is an optimal range; high is dehydration; low is inflammation
  • GGT when high may be a marker of oxidative stress; related to glutathione; may reflect increased exposure to organic xenobiotics; some need glutathione but not all do; GGT may be a clue for needing more glutathione
  • CoQ10 reduces GGT; high GGT could be a need for glutathione; CoQ10 or NAC may reduce GGT
  • HDL is in part to cleanup LPS from the gut; more leaky gut -> higher HDL
  • Bilirubin is an antioxidant; GGT is water soluble; bilirubin is fat soluble; < 0.4 is low
  • Blood chemistry is the most useful and accurate test available
  • Want accurate, reliable, scientifically valid, doesn't vary, evidence based, interpreted based on science, has value to the practitioner and patient

    • Getting worms out is not a catastrophe; it is a win
    • Can be challenging when a client has several practitioners and you are 1 of 5 cooks in the kitchen
    • The doctor's job is not to fix the patient; the patient is not a victim; the practitioner is a guide; the patient heals themselves
    • The guide helps the client to become independent; the patient must take responsibility for their own healing
    • Tendency to overlook the environment (EMFs, distilled water, etc.); every appointment includes one step forward with environmental mitigation
    • At times, we have to simplify to speed up; give the client permission to simplify
    • Have to master adjunct therapies and not just give them lip service
    • Clients cannot violate their own values in order to heal
    • The nervous system can lead to one reacting to food even before they put it into their mouth
    • Create an environment without judgement so that it is safe for the client to tell you when they went off track
    • Why Clients Get Stuck
      • Too many cooks in the kitchen
      • Secondary gain to stay sick
        • What will be expected of them if they heal?
        • What responsibilities will they have to manage?
      • Not enough focus on momentum
      • Expectations not communicated clearly - stuck in victimhood vs. self-responsibility
      • Thinking that what worked before will get you the rest of the way

    • She has them take pictures of their sleeping area, their kitchen, their pantry, etc.
    • Help the client become the captain of their own ship
    • An ounce of pre-framing is worth a pound of reframing

    • Healing starts with one win!
    • Trauma tools: EFT/TFT, nervous system, metaphor mapping, healing dialogs with family, symbolic modeling, family constellation, systemic modeling, wholeness work
    • They don't use but can help: EMDR, Body Code, NET; they leave the magic trick to the practitioner and don't resonate with their approach

    • We heal in communities
    • All we need is momentum
    • Celebrate your wins
    • Remember what chronic illness does FOR us; it is a gift

    • Testosterone number does not matter; want free to be 2-4%
    • LDN is an absolute game changer; can upregulate the immune system of the gut
    • Liver depends on the gut for drainage; can't take your stuff
    • Lymph 80% processed by gut and liver
    • 70% of detox comes from breath
    • Breath significantly influences weight loss
    • For every 10 pounds lost, 8.4 is released through the lungs
    • Total Tox testing is a urine sample; is a drainage pathway; a low amount doesn't mean they don't have it in their body; often goes much higher when you start detoxing
    • We are exposed to things all the time; is your bouncer (immune system) equipped?
    • He likes BC-ATP, Advanced TUDCA, Biotoxin Binder

Aumatma Simmons, FABNE, ND, MS spoke on "Male Infertility: The Other 50% of the Equation" and shared:

    • Male fertility issues are as big or bigger than female fertility issues
    • 1 in 5 couples age 18-35 struggle with fertility
    • Majority of men are not even being tested when women are doing everything possible to get pregnant
    • Men get different stories from an IVF clinic compared to a holistic clinic
    • Women slips into male energy to solve the problem and the male is often on the sidelines
    • Men need to be in the driver's seat of the fertility journey
    • 40-50% of the time, the male is the problem
    • Just because a man fathered a child in the past does not mean he is fertile now
    • In 1940, 113 million sperm count was normal; now 20 million is normal; optimal is 39 million
    • In 20 years, men will have zero sperm if the trends continue
    • High HA1c in male can contribute to ongoing fetal loss in partner
    • High homocysteine is another contributor to frequent pregnancy loss
    • Supplemental testosterone will tell the body not to make sperm
    • High estrogen leads to low sperm and low testosterone
    • Estrogen-mimicking compounds impact gonadotropin releasing hormone
    • hsCRP should be < 1 or it may impact sperm
    • Lifestyle factors
      • Environmental toxins; we all know it is the toxins

    • Varicoceles are a major factor in fertility
    • Beer is estrogenic and shuts down hormones
    • Daily ejaculation improves sperm quality by 12%
    • Remove toxins, support mitochondria, support with herbs
    • CT Minerals can support mitochondria along with BC-ATP
    • 200 times mitochondria in testes and ovaries than any other body tissue
    • Every sperm has 80 mitochondria

    • CoQ10, omega 3, Acetyl L Carnitine, Zinc with folate, glutathione, and other supplements may be helpful

Jay Davidson, DC  spoke on "Does Your Water Have Radiation In It?" and shared:

    • Gilbert Ling disproved sodium potassium pumps
    • Depression has nothing to do with what people are being given to treat it
    • Amyloid as a cause of Alzheimer's is a fraud
    • David Sinclair's research on resveratrol; sold company to big pharma; can't replicate any earlier findings; NMN same playbook
    • "Invisible Rainbow" book correlates EMFs to various epidemics; correlation is not causation
    • He did significant EMF mitigation for his daughter's sleep issues; did not help
    • We become victims to everything around us; if you believe it, it is true
    • Shift your energy so that you are not affected by it anymore
    • Become so high functioning that you are not impacted by your environment
    • Crazes jump from one to the next
    • Should be able to live in this world and not be negatively impacted by it and adapt to your environment
    • Physical symptoms are not always caused by physical issues
    • Daughter sleeps through the night since doing energy medicine
    • Need to explore the energetic realm
    • Wrote a book with a protocol in the energetic realm called "Clear It"
    • Particle radiation is mass given off with the energy of motion
    • Main disruptor of health is not the EMFs
    • Infrared -> UVA -> UVB exposure from sun lead to building solar callouses; getting rid of seed oils leads to less burning
    • Liposomal products are made with seed oils
    • UVA and UVB are non-ionizing; UVC is ionizing but does not reach us from the sun
    • Water is structured by melanin from sun
    • Mitochondria make your inside the cell water
    • Sunshine structures the water inside of us
    • Alpha (positive) particles and beta (negative) particles
    • Alpha emitters do not penetrate skin; beta can penetrate
    • Radioactive pollutants are among the most dangerous
    • Ground water pollution significantly impacts health
    • Structured, mineralized water with radioactive materials brings "coal" into the body that damages the cells
    • Alpha or beta particles inside the body are like hot coals; maybe driving inflammation and puffiness
    • If radon in your environment, radium is in your water
    • Radium is 2.7 million times more radioactive than the same molar amount of natural uranium due to short half-life
    • Radium is the most common source of alpha radiation in the environment
    • Inhaled, ingested, injection, absorption
    • Drinking water is the most negatively impacting
    • Radium water limits were sent in 1976; designed based on cost to remove, not to optimize health
    • Prevalence of Lyme in Minnesota may be from radionuclides
    • 170 million Americans have drinking water levels that could contribute to cancer
    • 64% of people in CA have high levels of radium in water
    • Lyme high in Wisconsin where there is a "radium belt"
    • Radium is not stable and can be alpha, beta, or both
    • Some types of radium in the body may have a half life of 6 years
    • Radium is a bone seeker acting like calcium and is a known carcinogen
    • Radium 223 used in medical treatment; has negative consequences
    • No way to see, smell, or taste; have to test water
    • EPA suggests ion exchange and RO; collect too much radiation to dispose of in the trash
    • Every filter stops working at some point?  When?
    • Distillation is not a filter; it is a phase shift of the water
    • Brine from oil industry commonly has radium 226 and 228; exempted from being handled as hazardous waste
    • Fracking generates enormous waste with radioactive materials
    • Humic acid has been used to remove radium
    • Humic and fulvic acid leave the body through the bowels
    • Waste from fracking is turned into de-icer and pool salt; radium found in road salt
    • Sunlight and red light impact Complex IV; inhibited by radium; makes pure water
    • Glyphosate leads to plants taking in 17x more uranium into the plant
    • Radioactive elements suppress immune system, lead to pleomorphism, inflammation, suppresses healing and drainage, causes Candida, damages mitochondria, changes gene expression
    • Big piece of cancer, autism, and Lyme
    • MyTapScore.com has testing for uranium; problem is the cost and still a small subset of what we get exposed to; money better spent on distillation
    • Stop consuming radioactive elements so that your body can get rid of them
    • Products: ViRadChem, BC-ATP, Drainage Activator, Metabolic Activator, CT Biotic

Drew Kidder, DC and Jay Davidson, DC spoke on "Foundational Protocol Journey" and shared:

    • Foundational Protocol is 4 months long
    • They have created educational videos on foundational medicine that can be shared with patients
    • Coming in Summer 2024; for practitioners to share with clients, not direct to consumer

Cathy Cooke spoke on "Recovery from Mold Illness: How to Properly Remediate Your Home" and shared:

    • Not talking about body; talking about house; building biologist
    • She was made ill by EMFs
    • Most people have mold in their homes
    • Remediation does not always lead to recovery; as it is often done incorrectly
    • 95% of remediations are not done properly
    • Had mold, had remediation, still suspected of mold illness; red flag
    • Water your plants, not your house
    • Every house is expected to have a water damage event every 25 years based on insurance company claims
    • 60% of buildings have mold
    • Does not make a difference if the mold is alive or dead; mycotoxins riding on mold spores
    • IICRC S520 guidelines should be followed for remediation
    • Want strict engineering controls for containment
    • Remove all impacted materials plus 2 feet beyond
    • Abrasive removal (no chemicals)
    • Post remediation verification to ensure not a single mold spore left
    • Source removal should always be primary means of remediation
    • Antimicrobials should not be used as an alternative
    • You can't just spray away mold
    • Vinegar, bleach, fogging agents, hydrogen peroxide, essential oils, ozone can make the mold more toxic by releasing more mycotoxins; some feel better but you can make things worse
    • 99% of remediators do not follow the guidelines properly
    • Some won't guarantee their work without the use of a chemical
    • People go through remediation but often don't get it all or go far enough
    • Surviving Mold IEP Consensus Statement
    • Mold contamination must be cleaned up, not just killed.
    • Dead mold is still allergenic and potentially toxic
    • Killing organisms does not remove the biological material left behind
    • Chemicals may increase the cytotoxicity of mold
    • Need proper containment, removed impacted materials, HEPA vacuum, abrasive removal (wire brush, sander, ice blaster, media blaster, sand blaster with HEPA vacuum)
    • Then fine particle cleaning after successful remediation
    • Only illness that affects your body and everything you own
    • Soap and water
    • 5 drops of dish soap per 1 quart of water sprayed on microfiber clothes
    • Wipe down all surfaces
    • New cloth every 40 square feet or if soiled
    • Three passes
    • John Banta's approach
    • Personal belongings may need to be gotten rid of; others may be able to keep them; it all depends

Todd Watts, DC, Jimmy Scaringi, Nichole Hirsch Kuechle did a "Live Muscle Testing Demonstration" and shared:

    • Many different systems of muscle testing
    • Not a diagnostic tool but can provide insights along with other modalities such as intake forms, labs
    • Bringing a stressor into the person's field impacts the nervous system
    • Strong muscle is able to adapt to the stressor; weak are unable to adapt
    • Can look at organ stress, potential interventions
    • Impactful: chemical, physical, environmental, mental, emotional, spiritual, person, animal, mindset, water, food, exercise, biophotons, artificial light, sunlight, earthing
    • Not bound by distance
    • Pointer finger press, sway, ring lock, pointer ring lock, finger rub, and other techniques for virtual testing
    • Cestodes is a priority over other parasites
    • Testing further away from the body is less of an issue than right on the body
    • Can do distance from body testing or get a numerical score (up to 1000)
    • They then check the remedies against the body to see if any areas weaken and need drainage, energy, binder, or other killers to be better tolerated
    • Drainage Activator is Dr. Scaringi's favorite drainage product of all time
    • May then ask if you need a binder or need energy and look for strong (yes) responses
    • His favorite product of all time is BC-ATP; all disease is related to energy production
    • Has patient hold all planned interventions and then dose tests one at a time
    • ME Support with someone with range of motion issues; tested moving head different directions to find weak arm; mitigated with ME Support and then tested strong with same head movements
    • Muscle testing always requires permission of the person being tested

Some gems taken away from the Day 2 Q&A:

    • BVK from EMFSleepSafe for measuring body voltage
    • Need to test water to know what media to use in the whole house water filter
    • Scrotum cooling 20 minutes 3x/week
    • Curry and red ginseng to recover sperm after varicocele surgery
    • Clearing radium in the bones will led to lead being removed as well
    • Radium is top of list for osteoporosis triggers
    • Liquid CT Minerals was the OG for radioactive elements; small amount of CT Minerals in ViRadChem
    • Went down the deuterium route; deuterium does not change with water distillation; not sold we need to drink DDW; very costly and not for the masses; mitochondria make DDW; DDW water could be good for people with serious issues like cancer but not generally clinically needed; chemical free water is more important
    • Cathy Cooke would like to see more research on Actinos and endos; there are other microbes beyond mold
    • Mold may not grow on concrete but can grow on the dust on the concrete

Jane Levesque, BHS, ND spoke on "Treating Unexplained Infertility" and shared:

    • Works with couples struggling with infertility for over a year
    • Mainstream jumps to IVF as the first line of treatment
    • Many with fertility issues had digestive issues, hormone imbalances, poor liver function, parasites, infections, heavy metals, and mitochondrial dysfunction
    • Testing for root causes of miscarriages is often only offered after 3 miscarriages
    • Miscarriages can lead to feelings of failure and shame
    • 40-50% decrease in sperm quality
    • Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection is done because the sperm is too weak or the shell of the egg is too hard
    • Millions of IVF babies; often they struggle with their own infertility
    • IVF is a 22.9 billion dollar market in 2022 and 39.12 in 2032; fertility rates are going down
    • Doctors that told women to use birth control to balance hormones are the same doctors that now tell women they need IVF to get pregnant
    • Fertility issues are undiagnosed, not unexplained
    • Endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis, low progesterone is not an explanation
    • To conceive, need: good quality egg, good quality sperm, desire to have a child needs to be strong for both partners, baby room (womb/uterus) needs to be safe
    • Biggest factor in egg quality is health and well-being of maternal grandmother
    • Body is capable of healing and reversing generational disease/trauma
    • Fertility is reflection of health; health is a reflection of your environment
    • Prior to using CellCore, her supplement protocols were 50/50
    • Works to find an explanation for why they are not getting pregnant
    • Creates a step by step plan with milestones towards an eventual pregnancy

      • Collect data for 3-7 days: diet, bowel movements, water consumption, movement, hydration, sleep, menstrual cycle
      • Uses Oura, Practice Better journals, menstrual cycle chart
    • Cervical crypts are sensitive to estrogen; the more estrogen, the more white cervical fluid production; as the follicle grows, it makes more estrogen; growth and maturation of follicle depends on the mitochondria
    • Fertility does not get better with age
    • Food sensitivity panels are not root cause medicine
    • High fecal fat may be liver or gallbladder
    • Infertility is mitochondrial dysfunction for both male and female
    • 100% of mitochondrial DNA is from the female
    • Mature human oocyte has more mitochondria than any other cell type
    • Mitochondria are highly sensitive to environmental toxins
    • If you are putting time, energy, and money into your health and not getting better every month, you are focused on the wrong things
    • Step by Step Plan
      • Sleep
      • Nutrition/Digestion

Stephanie Rimka, BA, DC, BCN spoke on "The Hidden Barrier to Healing: Unresolved Trauma" and shared:

    • Never felt good enough and always worked to prove her value
    • The only thing stopping us from our greatest potential is ourselves
    • Mitochondrial Health, Detox, Drainage, Nervous System Resilience, Secret Superpower
    • We are being poisoned to death which leads to deficiency
    • Core of the cell is voltage/charge/energy
    • Light, Magnetism, Electricity, and Sound is the next layer from the cell
    • Nature is important; bring yourself back outside even if you live in a concrete jungle
    • Gel Water, Lymph Flow, Facial Tensegrity is the next layer out from the cell
    • Then moves to trauma, unintegrated emotions, subconscious self-image, heart-brain coherence, stress
    • Biology of trauma is real; CDR, Calcium Shell, Polyvagal
    • Trauma is a mitochondrial problem; not stinking thinking; non-cognitive, non-verbal, unconscious
    • No affirmation will get your out of trauma
    • Parasites, mold, or Bartonella are a natural part of our ecosystem; a system must be receptive to a suboptimal partnership
    • A war mentality will not help anyone get better
    • If parasites are inside you; parasites are outside you
    • You are the technology for which you seek; no device, machine, or contraption as intelligent and divine as YOU!
    • "Autoimmune" is gaslighting bullsh%%
    • We are supposed to be in symbiotic relationship with the earth
    • We are electromagnetic beings of highly organized water that are emitting light, sound, magnetism all the time
    • Devices are a sign that we are disconnected from our natural selves
    • She tracks an aliveness scale; closest test might be HRV
    • How the ANS work in a human is no different than in a mouse
    • State 1 mild stress takes energy but many live with mild stress for years
    • The only way to get to state 0 is to feel safe and discharge the energy out of stage 1
    • Can have some worsening of symptoms moving from state 1 to state 0
    • State 2 is high stress, maximum activation; short duration
    • Mitochondria determine how long you can do this
    • Calcium shell is what happens inside the body; fascia fascia fascia
    • Stress causes chronic catabolism, chronic inflammation, and hard armor; walled off emotionally and physically
    • Loss of calcium from the bone tissue deposits in the soft tissues; leads to an inability to connect: anxiety/racing mind, numb, apathy, withdrawal, defensive, rigid thinking, low serotonin, dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins
    • They often want super hard massage; hard on the outside and crumbling apart on the inside; don't you hug me or make me cry
    • Go from anxiety to fear to panic to a point of overwhelm and then to state 3 which is moderate trauma; become cold
    • The parasympathetic nervous system comes in and takes over; hopeless and can't get out of this
    • People in state 3 trauma need tremendous time to rebuild their energy again to "do things"
    • Most common nutrient issues in trauma: magnesium zinc, B6, DHA, boron, K, sunlight; excess copper
    • State 3 can be suicidal thinking; state 4 looks like state 0 and is "severe trauma"; feel numb, feel nothing, completely disconnected; stated 3 is foggy; state 4 is crystal clear
    • State 1 and 2 are more ventral; state 3 and 4 are more dorsal vagal / freeze
    • You have to reverse the process; go from 4 to 3 to 2 to 1 (numb to depressed then to panic then anxious)
    • To go from state 4 to 3, you have to add energy back; drainage or pre-tox for 2-3 months, slower
    • People that can't handle supplements need more help; they may be in state 4
    • You must feel to heal
    • Everything you do with your patients you have to deal with yourself
    • You can never take somebody beyond the level where you are yourself
