Low Dose Immune Therapy (LDI) has been a God-send! It's finally time for me to post and sing from the rooftops to help others, as we have progressed through this amazing therapy.
My son is one of the complicated cases, having congenital Lyme from me all his life and not being correctly diagnosed until he was 10. Thus, he suffered enormously with severe complications and had a typed list of symptoms more than three pages long! Then when he hit puberty, it became so much worse and also took him into autoimmunity with PANS / PANDAS (Pediatric Acute Neuropsychiatric Syndrome / Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections) and CRPS (Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome) - all horrifying. Once finally diagnosed, we spent three years trying multiple modalities of antibiotics, medical procedures, herbals, and traveled to some of the top LLMDs/LLNDs and medical specialists in the country. Not a whole lot of improvement and any improvement wouldn't last.
The MOST DRAMATIC change I saw was when his lead practitioner started him on LDI (Low Dose Immunotherapy). Our Klinghardt practitioner, who also happened to be spending some of her time in one of the top PANDAS clinics in the US at the time, had told me that they were "seeing miracles" in the clinic with the Strep LDI. And I tell you, she was right! I don't throw that word miracle around at all, but it is true to what I am seeing in my son - a true miracle! I have my son back!!!
As you may know, PANDAS is an autoimmune reaction that occurs in some kids who get strep and can cause encephalitis (brain inflammation), with very serious neurological symptoms. Many times, younger Lyme & Co’s patients are susceptible to acquiring PANDAS, where the strep bacteria crosses the blood brain barrier (BBB). My sweet and loving boy started having extreme rage, anxiety, depression, hatefulness, over-the-top negativity, tics and scary/dark intrusive thoughts. It was like he was possessed, truly. He fell slowly into the abyss, which worsened with each strep throat infection he had. He could not remotely handle school, had meltdowns, lost all his interest in hobbies, raged at friends and lost them, isolated himself from the world, could not sleep alone, nor be left alone even if I went to the mailbox. Before all this personality change, he was already in severe total-body pain, with the worst pain in his feet/legs, where he couldn’t walk or stand for longer than a few minutes. He also had crippling abdominal pain, some pretty bad neuro-cognitive symptoms, SPD, ASD (in Special Education and OT), and extreme hypermobility, with several joints subluxating since he was young. He was diagnosed by a top geneticist at Texas Children’s Hospital with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). Confusingly, some of these symptoms would wax and wane. It was like a game of whack-a-mole. There were a myriad of other symptoms from Lyme & Co’s - pages of them - that I won’t even go into here. But yes, he had PANS, and PANDAS took all of this to an extreme and frightening level.
By the summer of 2016, after a tonsillectomy and many rounds of antibiotics, he was so severe we were considering IVIG and almost put him on psych meds. Then our Klinghardt practitioner recommended the Strep LDI. With each “round” of the Strep LDI he came back to me…the way he used to be. These were pretty immediate improvements, even with the first dose, and he continued to get better with each 7-week dose. He even caught strep that fall and didn't go cuckoo crazy! It took me over a week to realize he had strep because he didn't overreact with extreme neurological behaviors like over-the-top anxiety, anger, and depression - as he had done over the previous 1 1/2 years, when he had strep 10 times. It is thought that the Strep LDI core dose possibly pushed strep out of the cell for the very last time, as he has not had a strep throat infection since. I’ve heard about a similar dynamic in a few kids. The Strep LDI is, hands down, the therapy we have seen the most life-changing results from.
With the Foods LDI, he was able to consume gluten, dairy and any foods again. We also saw when we would dose the Yeast LDI, he would get in a better mood within hours. The Environmental LDI completely squashed his severe seasonal allergies.
But we still had more work to do, as we had not embarked on those big bad boys of Borrelia & Bartonella yet. It was at this time that our practitioner and I felt we should circle in the LDI expert to help lead us the rest of the way, since this was such a new therapy at the time. That expert would be the pioneer of LDI: Dr. Ty Vincent. And boy am I glad we did this.
In late 2017, Ty had us layer in the Bartonella LDI. After a couple of rounds, we knew we had found his core dose when his constant overall body pain and neuropathy in his feet and legs went down to a 2 for the first time in years, which was a huge improvement. (We gauge symptoms on a scale of 1-10 with 10 meaning you need to go to the hospital.) My son had most always been in the 5-9 range depending on activity. There were many days he could barely stand or walk for longer than 15 minutes without having so much pain that he had to sit down. Interesting note: Bartonella is suspected to be the culprit behind CRPS. The Bart LDI also helped with more neuro improvement. AND get this: his Bartonella striae that he had for years over many parts of his body are faded and practically gone after just 3 rounds of the Bart LDI!
Then it was time to layer in the Borrelia LDI. This took his symptoms down the rest of the way—especially his memory, pain and fatigue!
In the spring of 2018, we retested his CD57 levels and they went from 32-34 (testing over 3 years) to a 73 in a few months after layering in the latest LDIs. And his Nagalase went into range for the first time!
Update October 2019: it’s been almost 4 years since the first Strep LDI and almost 3 years since the Bartonella, Borrelia, and Environmental LDIs and my son is doing awesome! He barely has any of those long-standing laundry list of symptoms. He is engaged in school, making excellent grades and was even nominated by his teachers for the prestigious National Beta Club last year which recognizes not only academics but also character, leadership and public service. This is pretty amazing considering he was deemed HFA (high functioning autism), ADHD, SPD (Sensory Processing Disorder), ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder) and was put under the Special Education umbrella by the school district for 5 years with 2 of those years being on homebound due to the severity of his illness, as he was unable to go to school. He has no problem walking/hiking or having sleepovers. He is happy, laughing, going out with his friends and living like a typical teenager. His overall immune system has strengthened where he doesn’t catch everything going around like he used to, which is a big improvement. He’s loving, positive, polite, independent, interested in learning and hobbies, plus talking about goals in life. He goes to sleep alone on his own ever since the Strep LDI and that was a huge deal. He is not as impulsive, no longer complains of brain fog or anxiety, and can concentrate and think so much better. His temperament & health are worlds away from where he was.
Update September 2026: My son is now 23 years old and it’s truly like nothing ever happened. He has had zero symptoms for several years now. He completely lost all those diagnoses, including ASD. He graduated college with a 3.8 GPA with a specialty in audio sound engineering and is running his own studio with his music friends here in Austin. The most jaw-dropping part of all this is that he is also a professional drummer in an Austin, TX band. Remember his extreme hypermobility issues? Now it’s worth going into a bit more detail. Back then, his Beighton score was at the very top. He was extremely hypermobile with constant ankle sprains (which turned into the CRPS mentioned earlier) and his shoulders would easily pop out of the socket without much reason why. It is thought that Borrelia all along, possibly along with Bartonella, was behind the collagen degeneration. Now he is a professional drummer! Here he is performing at SXSW in 2025.
As mentioned, my son has congenital Lyme & Co’s…coming from me. It was finally a few years ago that I embarked on my own LDI journey with another Klinghardt-trained practitioner who performs A.R.T. We worked together as partners since I am adept at muscle testing and LDI. Together we homed in on the antigens and C doses successfully for my Molds, Yeast, Varicella, Bartonella, Environmental and Mycoplasma LDIs. What a difference these have made in my life. But keep reading, there’s more to my LDI story below, including cracking many LDI codes throughout the years.
LDI Overview
LDI is called for when someone is chronically ill despite trying almost everything. It’s not for acute or new infections. If someone has done the appropriate killing therapies and detox and is still not getting better without them, that’s where LDI comes in—for when the body goes into autoimmunity with certain pathogens and the patient is having chronic long-standing symptoms. Persistent Lyme, PANS, PANDAS, food allergies and inhalant allergies are a few examples that are in this chronic autoimmune category. It is being used for Autism as well…and took that diagnosis away from my son too.
LDI is very similar to homeopathy but not nearly as dilute/succussed as most homeopathic remedies which typically range from 30C upwards to M potencies and higher. LDI has a uniqueness that separates it from even homeopathic nosodes.
Here’s how it usually flows: After you and the practitioner determine the target LDI antigen that could be the cause of your symptoms (i.e. Borrelia, Mold, etc.), then an individual “core” C dose (number) of that LDI antigen needs to be found. Once the antigen and possible C dose ranges are determined to relieve your symptoms and agreed on, the practitioner will send a range of C doses (titration) of that antigen, where week by week you start at the highest C dose number of that titration, taking that one first dose – like a drop under the tongue (sublingual). Around 6-7 days later, you report back to the practitioner on your symptom relief—whether symptoms were the same/better/worse. Then the practitioner will assess and respond with the next steps. So you can titrate weekly to find that core. LDI works fast, so you should know and feel within that week how you responded. But I will say there are a few LDIs I took that were subtle but very effective at working on some of the autoimmune background noise I had. More later on that. Once you find your “LDI core dose” that relieves your symptoms greatly, you continue to take it sublingually every 6-7 weeks.
All this is designed to retrain the T-reg cells of the immune system to stop incorrectly overreacting to that specific pathogen, all the while bringing the immune system back to do what it was created to do. And to be clear there is nothing like our miraculous immune systems…nothing. But we can recognize that it can become misguided by stealth pathogens, so chronic illness can actually become autoimmune, where it’s the dysregulated and confused immune system causing the symptoms and inflammation—attacking itself at even the tiniest whiff of the pathogen.
As touched on, LDI C doses come in numbers and can range from the most dilute of around 30C all the way down to the most potent of a 3C (which is very rare to need). To find that magical C dose that resonates with the individual, I just love muscle testing to narrow the range of possibilities. But it is still important to combine that with Ty’s systematic titration method, where the practitioner sends a progressive range of C dose dilutions to start with.
LDI has become the umbrella term for both LDI & LDA, but some people still use the individual terms. LDI = Low Dose Immunotherapy, which is for anything inside the body (pathogens). LDA = Low Dose Allergy, which is for anything outside of the body (pollen, chemicals, foods). I use LDI as the umbrella term for both.
Here are great explanations of LDI:
- Dr. Todd Maderis - Low Dose Immunotherapy
- https://www.betterhealthguy.com/episode27- If you watch anything, here’s a fantastic interview with Ty where he explains it so well.
Ty has created several LDIs. Some of the ones I’ve personally seen the most success with for us and others are: Borrelia, Bartonella, Babesia, Lyme Mix, Molds, Environmental, Foods, Parasite, Strep, H.pylori, HHV-6, Yeast, Varicella and Mycoplasma.
Early on, I immersed myself in Dr. Ty's available LDI videos and his interview with Better Health Guy, while also picking his brain about his high-level understanding of why LDI had been so transformative for my son. Through Dr. Ty Vincent and many of the available teachings from Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt, I began looking at chronic Lyme and co-infections through a different lens: not simply as pathogens that must continually be eradicated, but as potential drivers of an ongoing immune-mediated response. Both have also discussed molecular mimicry as one possible mechanism behind this immune dysregulation.
Years later, emerging research into why symptoms persist after treatment for chronic Lyme and co-infections began pointing toward something similar to what I believe I was understanding from Dr. Ty and Dr. Klinghardt: the possible role of persistent microbial fragments that remain following appropriate treatment, potentially overlapping with the theory of molecular mimicry. They have also observed that, at this point in our evolution, most everyone carries these, along with countless other microbes, as part of our microbiome. Some people coexist with them just fine, while some of us simply don't. So, that begged the question: why do some people not develop this allergy? Think of a family all bitten by the same ticks or living together in a home with toxic mold, yet only some become symptomatic.
In my experience, the perspectives of Vincent and Klinghardt, who I believe are way ahead of the curve, helped connect many dots: perhaps it isn't always about eliminating every last trace of a microbe, but about how a misdirected immune system continues sensing it and mistakenly responding to it as a threat, when it is actually the immune response creating the symptoms, not the pathogens themselves anymore (autoimmune when self attacks self).
Why some people don't experience this and simply get better may have something to do with HLA genes and other genetic and epigenetic factors that may make certain individuals more susceptible and challenged in eliminating toxins. Compound that with all the environmental toxins surrounding us in this age, including exposures that can be passed from mother to baby during pregnancy, and our so-called “buckets” can get filled to the brim and tip. It's not all figured out, but one thing stood out to me…the energetic component to healing as it relates to the immune system's energetic roles within its communication network — especially involving those T-reg cells (the immune system's peacekeepers). This may be a good explanation of how LDI works, as an energetic communicator to the T-reg cells, where it comes in as the energy/vibration of that specific antigen, speaking their language, if you will, and educating/training to co-exist as a friend, not foe. This is the concept around LDI in accomplishing immune tolerance to a specific antigen. Dr. Ty has created a plethora of different LDIs, and we are on more than a few here. We have experienced how LDI can cover many bases.
LDI is Individualized
The name of the game with LDI is to find the specific antigen the immune system is tagging while mistakenly attacking healthy tissues and organs, including the nervous system, and then find the specific C dose that resonates with that person’s energetic body. I liken C dose to the frequency/vibration.
It takes a very focused practitioner who is not only experienced with LDI, but also has an affinity for it, like a Homeopath has with remedies. I have found some of the best are Dr. Dietrich Klinghardt-trained ART or high-level muscle-testing practitioners, who have also been trained by Dr. Ty Vincent with LDI.
I feel energetic testing is really key, as it helps zero in on the antigen needed, then the possible core-dose titrations that resonate with the frequency of an individual’s body, as well as the units (LDI volume) a patient’s vital force is able to handle.
Cracking LDI Codes
Energetic muscle testing combined with assessing outcomes has really enabled some of us to tackle some of the nuances surrounding LDI, which I refer to as cracking codes. I am so grateful to the skill and time that my personal Klinghardt-trained practitioner Dr. Jenn Grushon took with me to crack LDI codes. Here are some biggies:
Single antigens: I find the immune system can only handle so much when a person finds their “first round core” dose. I feel there is so much happening in the immune system when someone first hits an antigen core dose—like a lot of reorganization. Now, down the line, combining doses is not a problem because they are just educational reminders after a couple of rounds. But granted, there are some antigens that have resonance at the same C dose (frequency) in some people, like the Lyme Mix. Another discovery Dr. Grushon revealed through her testing was that even though someone may have multiple Lyme co-infections, the Bartonella LDI can many times take care of the Borrelia. It did for me, but some like my son still needed both as separate antigens. I also believe that even if you have Babesia but it’s not presenting symptomatically, that you should not poke that bear and instead leave it in deep remission. So this is why I am cautious in going straight to the Lyme Mix – which contains all of those and more.
Titrations: Yes, on C dose titrations to find your core dose, but I believe in going slowly down in half steps versus full steps. Many of our LDI core doses are ½ steps, i.e., going from 19C to 18.5C to 18C.
Rounds: Once you find that magical LDI core dose you will take it around every 6-7 weeks. We call these rounds. Round 1 is the first time you hit a core dose; round 2 is when you take it again in 6-7 weeks. I have found that it usually takes 3 core dose rounds to get to 100% symptom relief. Muscle testing, more specifically, has shown us that Round 1 achieves around 50-55% symptom resolution, round 2 of that core shoots up to around 75-85% resolution, and round 3 should achieve full 100% resolution. I have seen this pattern over and over.
Shifts happen: Slight shifts in your core C dose have been observed due to the fact the body is not static and especially if there is a major corresponding “event”. Physical stressors: whether it be an accident, surgery or even puberty. Extreme emotional stressors: such as the passing of a loved one. Consistent toxic mold exposure: I’ve seen that those still living in or consistently exposed to toxic mold, and not on their full 3 rounds of their Mold core LDI dose, can have some slight shifts. Stacked LDIs: Someone who is on multiple LDIs and has extremely complex issues. If you find your symptoms coming back, contact your practitioner. Most times, it’s only a ½-step shift and is easily remedied.
Interferences: I found there are definitely things to be watchful of taking during LDI that can pose interference with the success of the dose. The list is pretty long but in a nutshell: antimicrobials, steroids, NSAIDs, immune stimulators of any kind (you’d be surprised at the many herbals that fall in this category) and homeopathic nosodes (classical homeopathy is actually great alongside).
Priorities: I have found that LDI really follows many of the fundamental principles of homeopathy, one being Hering’s Law of Cure. If multiple antigens are needed, it is very beneficial to prioritize which should be taken first, second, third, and so on. One of the main aspects of Hering’s Law of Cure is that healing occurs in reverse order of how symptoms first appeared. So usually, the priorities show up in reverse where you address the most recent layer, and continue until you hit the final layer which is usually the instigating antigen. It’s like the most recent layers need to be moved out of the way first to get to the original root cause. I’ve seen this make a difference.
Some are wow and some are subtle: With us being on so many LDI antigens, talking with others and doing muscle testing, a first-round core dose can come in like a light switch and bring dramatic relief of symptoms right off the bat. On the other hand, there are some LDIs that are not like that and are more like a subtle shift, but they are still important antigens that I suspect are more in the background, creating havoc and sometimes dysregulating the immune system in the first place. Another reason a good muscle tester is helpful - and fair warning: if you feel a subtle shift, it might just be your core.
Aggravation Zapper for LDI flares: I believe this is the most significant discovery I’ve made, and again shows how LDI follows many of the principles of homeopathy. Aggravation Zappers are used in homeopathy all the time. I decided to test it for myself and others, and it worked beautifully and quickly every single time. And get this, the benefits of the remedy are still realized! So, we’ve seen that even if you took the wrong C dose and flared with an antigen, you still get some, and sometimes much, of the benefit. This is how it works with homeopathy as well. But be aware you will usually have to wait the typical 6-7 weeks before continuing to try a higher number, more appropriate dose the next round. LDI flares are not common, but to me this now opens up LDI to those who have been too nervous to try it and helps spare people from undue suffering. How to do an Aggravation Zapper.
My Mission Turned Nonprofit
LDI is a partnership between the patient, parent and the LDI specialist all the way. It has been my mission for the 10+ years since I wrote this story to educate others on this remarkable, highly individualized therapy. This is no cookie-cutter protocol.
I have happily devoted my time over these years to speaking with many who are exploring LDI (including practitioners). I have listened to hundreds tell me their stories, answered questions over the phone and on social platforms, provided LDI education, vetted LDI practitioners for individuals, compiled success stories for the LDI Private FB Groups, and even encouraged bright healers to consider being trained. I am especially proud to have been a beacon for providing LDI tips to the community, which is so important given the complexity of the initial learning curve. Dr. Ty Vincent has been most excellent in teaching through his LDI short video series. I highly recommend watching them in order. And probably my most recommended LDI video is Ty Vincent’s interview with Better Health Guy. Fantastic!
This journey took me further, as I was asked to be a guest on podcasts such as Homeopathy is Changing Lives Episode 3 and to author (under a pen name) a chapter in Somewhere in There: Families Living with PANS & PANDAS Share Their Journeys from Despair to Hope by Melissa Nolan. I am now also a co-admin of both LDI private FB Groups, and I am very proud as the Co-founder & VP of the nonprofit PANS Awareness Texas. But then something extraordinary happened that changed my life trajectory entirely.
In 2025, I had a direct calling from God after I cracked another LDI code. He said in a quite matter-of-fact tone: “You are ready. Leave your job and help others fully.” It was the first time I had ever had God speak directly to me, but it was undeniable. And trust me, I hadn’t even considered leaving my 40-year career and income, or doing anything like this, but gratefully I followed. He has led me all along the way, and my nonprofit Dragonfly Hope was born. You can continue this journey at www.DragonflyHope.org where I offer more insight on all the spectacular energetic gifts God has placed around us and in us…waiting to be discovered. While LDI & homeopathy reignited my interest in the esoteric and exoteric, it took me further. I go much deeper on my website into how all this could be possible and my ultimate grasp that everything is energy and energy is everything.
On the Other Side
Bottom line, there is no treatment nearly as good as the immune system, period. But when the immune system gets dysregulated by some of the more virulent, stealth, cunning & clever pathogens (Borrelia, Bartonella, Babesia, Mold), they can dysregulate and confuse the immune system, while also hiding and even changing form to evade treatments like antibiotics and targeted herbals. Or, as in mold, not resolve with binders alone. Then a host of other problems can ensue (Strep, food allergies, SIBO, H. Pylori, parasites, etc.) because the immune system is not doing its job anymore.
Dr Deitrich Klinghardt has been saying for quite some time that around 90% of Chronic Lyme & Co symptoms are really from the immune system’s overreaction to the pathogens and not the organisms themselves. Dr Ty Vincent concurs, as does Dr Rawls, Dr Karima Hirani, Dr Charles Crist, the Lymedisease.org 5 minute video, Tick Boot Camp emerging study article, and many more. This is why you’ll see people relapsing after going off long antibiotics & herbal regiments. You can’t kill it all, and at this point it may actually be part of the body’s microbiome. It’s the immune system’s overreaction causing the inflammation and symptoms—not the pathogens anymore.
Low Dose Immunotherapy (LDI) is a therapy that gets to the root of the immune dysregulation problem by retraining the T-reg cells to stop overreacting and causing inflammation and symptoms in the body.
LDI has given us DRAMATIC results. Remember that feeling when you were little and you woke up to Christmas morning? That's how my mornings are now…and it’s a far cry from how I woke up during those dark years.
I feel so much compassion for all of our children and parents. I kept envisioning that someday I could write something like this to help not just my son, but the other children suffering with PANS/PANDAS whom I’ve seen day in and day out for years in groups. And here I am! Thank you to innovative practitioners, persistence, hope, and of course to LDI.
Beyond LDI
Homeopathy - We use classical homeopathy for any acute issues that arise and were also specifically matched with our individual constitutional remedies for overall mind/body/spirit balance. I have been more than impressed with homeopathy. When he had mild anemia that the infections set in motion, we used the homeopathic remedy Phos Ferrum along with Ancestral Grass Fed Desiccated Beef Spleen or Liver supplements to resolve that. When he broke his ankle in the early years, we used the remedy Symphytum to knit the bone matrix with great success. And on the rare occasion any of us gets a typical illness, our homeopathic 200C kit is an arm’s length away for acute remedies that knock it down right away within hours or days. My son used to get simple viruses and be down for several weeks prior to this. Homeopathy has been proven beyond fantastic for emotional and mental health issues, even autism.
HCL - We also found out my son had low HCL (low stomach acid) which is very common among those who are chronically ill, and I have found it in every single person I’ve worked with. Having adequate HCL sterilizes the stomach of pathogens and helps you absorb your vitamins and minerals including iron. So that was easily corrected with a short Betaine HCL with Pepsin protocol, and we haven’t seen his mysterious, constant abdominal pain since. How to check and treat low HCL
Vision Therapy – My son did Vision Therapy (VT) for a year, which corrected the many deficits (like double vision and convergence insufficiency) and damage that Lyme & Co’s and/or a concussion had set in motion. VT retrains the neuro-connections between the brain and eyes, and these types of vision problems are all too common in children with Lyme. It helped incredibly with school and reading. You would see a specialized optometrist who also offers vision therapy in their practice, as many do not.
Mold + Heavy Metals + Histamine - It also needs to be uncovered if the person is dealing with Mold, Heavy Metals or Histamine issues. Also good to take a look at any methylation challenges. All these issues could be at play in chronic cases that are not responding to any therapy and highly trained practitioners may consider these priority #1 to address. But keep in mind that if a patient is still having symptoms after clearing Mold in the body and living environment…there are LDIs for that too! The Mold LDI, Environmental LDI, or even sometimes the Yeast LDI.
ART / Muscle Testing - I am a huge fan of Klinghardt’s Autonomic Response Testing (ART) and also took my son to some of the brightest energetic muscle testers. I have experienced how amazing (and mind-blowing) a good tester can be for diagnostics. I understand it best as quantum physics, especially quantum entanglement and string theory, meets biofeedback.
As most realize, the lab testing for Lyme, parasites, PANS/PANDAS are poor and this is where ART can be so helpful. So if you are interested in getting down to finding out what is going on in the body and need answers, I highly recommend finding a high-level ART practitioner.
Visualization – Luckily, I had learned early on, starting in my late teens, how to manifest things and quite directly stated, my reality. I read books on successful people, from world-class athletes to wealthy professionals and gurus. They all had a recurring theme of visualization. This was before Oprah came on TV, so that reveals how old I am. Visualization is powerful, and I had already manifested several things in my life through it. It’s all about seeing in your mind’s eye the end result and also feeling as if it is real. I implemented this visualization practice when my son was around 12. I held an end-result picture of my son in the future, on a college campus, outside in nature, happy, confident, healthy-looking, laughing with many friends. I then felt through my whole being happiness as I focused in on this picture. The picture was always the same. It was very challenging many times to do given what I was witnessing. He was suffering greatly, depressed, angry, rarely laughed anymore, had lost every single friend, was 2 years behind in school and stayed in his room most of the time. But even if I held the image for a few seconds a few times a week, I just knew it could help because I had done this practice for myself. I am here to tell you that exact picture became reality. Exactly that picture.
Faith, Hope and God – I believe part of visualization is believing—and that, in turn, generates hope and especially demonstrates faith. To me, it is all really God who I believe is the Divine within us all, not just somewhere out there but here with us. I tried to embody this in my thoughts, images, prayers and it came through more clearly in intuition and muscle testing – which is really speaking to the Divine Higher Self. We are powerful spiritual beings in physical bodies in a crazy place. Getting to know my Higher Self, the Divine within, has changed my life.
Resources
Here are 2 LDI Private Facebook Groups to join where in the FILES I’ve gathered from the LDI community more tips, success stories and vetted practitioner resources.
LymeDisease.org – A credible website that has up-to-date, accurate information, and a great 5 minute video explaining how it’s the immune system causing the symptoms, not the Lyme bacteria. Leading LLMDs & LLNDs like Dr. Klinghardt, Dr. Vincent, Dr. Rawls and many more have been saying this for years.
My favorite website: BetterHealthGuy.com – Make sure to head over to Better Health Guy’s Podcast section. Scott Forsgren has interviewed the top experts – including Dr. Ty Vincent, whose interview is a must-watch.
My favorite book: New Paradigms in Lyme Disease Treatment: 10 Top Doctors Reveal Healing Strategies That Work is top-notch, with many of the doctors praising LDI.
- Klinghardt’s partial excerpt from the book, which discusses his views on LDI
- Wayne Anderson’s partial excerpt from the book, which is excellent for helping discern the different main pathogens based on symptoms.
UnderOurSkin.com - The award-winning documentary Under Our Skin & its sequel Emergence are eye-opening explorations of the complexities and facets of this disease and follow patients’ journeys. It even touches on why and how this devastating illness is not being properly addressed by the CDC & IDSA, and how Lyme & Co’s could very well be a government mistake they are not admitting.
If you are interested in a deeper exploration of the weaponizing of Lyme Disease, then you will want to read or listen on audible Bitten: the Secret History of Lyme Disease and Biological Weapons by Kris Newby, who was part of Under Our Skin. Better Health Guy interviews Kris here.
Lyme & Co’s Testing
Tick testing
- If you have pulled off a tick, you can send it for testing and these tests are way more accurate than human testing. Wear gloves, put the tick into a baggie and send to: ticknology.com or tickreport.com. Keep in mind that Lyme & Co’s are vector-borne diseases that can be transmitted not only by ticks, but also mosquitoes, biting flies, fleas, etc. And Bartonella can happen from a cat scratch!
Human Testing
A listing of all available Lyme tests for humans, along with the editor’s picks is at: https://www.betterhealthguy.com/lyme/testing
- In my personal opinion, the DNA Connexions Lyme Panel is the most sensitive test as of this writing, and I like it alongside clinical diagnosis and ART. My son did not show up on any of the blood tests, and it might be for two reasons: some people do not mount the antibody response required for detection in blood tests, or Lyme & Co’s are rarely swimming in the blood, but instead are deep in the tissues and organs. He finally showed up through ART, then was clinically diagnosed by an LLMD, and then we did DNA Connexions with a positive result. This was after many failed blood tests, including the IGeneX gold standard. DNA Connexions is a urine test you can order without a physician, but unfortunately it is not covered by insurance as of this writing. Note: For DNA Connexions, you must collect the urine sample later in the day and also after one hour of high activity or massage to release pathogens from the tissues for detection.

All of this reflects my family’s personal experience. The information shared is based on my experiences working with doctors and other practitioners, along with insights gained from trusted educational resources. Everyone is unique, and approaches that have been helpful for me and my family may not be appropriate for others. I am not a doctor and none of this is intended as medical advice. Everyone is encouraged to consult their qualified and licensed healthcare providers.
