I found it to be a very strong tool and maybe one that people should slowly work up to rather than aggressively jumping right in.

Note: I think this formula likely supports far more than MARCoNS and am not of the opinion that MARCoNS always needs to be treated. That said, I do think that the sinuses are a notable focal area of microbial overgrowth for many that can even play a role in conditions such as SIBO and SIFO.
